    HOW TO:

    CALCULATE BILL AND PAY WITH CREDIT CARD.  

    YWSC ACCEPTS CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THROUGH THIS WEBSITE
    OR BY PHONE [830-741-5264].

          Click on the Calculate and Pay Bill link above and complete the following:

    1.  Create your personal profile and password to access your YWSC account;
     NOTE:  YWSC does NOT have access to customer passwords.  Be sure to keep your "User Name"
    and  "Password" for future reference.

    2.  Calculate bill and Submit Web Payment online with your credit card.

    3.  Calculate bill, accept reading, and then mail a payment.

    HOW TO:

    CREATE PASSWORD

    1.  Use entire nine (9) digit account/meter number to access your account.  If you are unsure about this
    number, phone the YWSC office (830-741-5264) during normal business hours to receive information.

    2.  Choose a password that contains no less than seven (7) characters.  These characters must include:
            
Alphabetical characters
One (1) symbol character
One (1) numerical character  
EXAMPLE:  password#1

    How to Report a Web Reading With Web Payment:

Read your meter on or about the last day of the month.

Fill out your payment coupon {or use the bill calculator on this website}.

Subtract the previous month's reading from the present reading.  Result is the gallons used.

Use the YWSC rate sheet to determine amount owed (at the right of the gallons used column is the amount due),
           or
Call the YWSC office with a current reading to have a bill calculated for you.

Or, you can request to be added the AMR (Automatic Meter Read) list by downloading the form from the link below.  Sign and
return the form to YWSC.  The fee for this service is $5.00 per month.  

Click on the link to download, fill out, sign, and return the "AMR Request Form" to the Yancey WSC office at your earliest
convenience.
